The admission document published in this section of the website (the “Admission Document”) was drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations (the “Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations”) for the purposes the admission of ordinary shares (the “shares”) of RES – Sustainable Ethical Recovery S.p.A. (the “Company”) on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the “Euronext Growth Milan”).
